Saucy Italian Zucchini

Ingredients

3 med. zucchini
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. basil leaves
1 T. margarine or butter
8 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese or 1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Spray a 1-1/2 quart casserole with cooking spray oil.  Slice the zucchinis thinly.  Combine zucchini slices with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, butter and tomato sauce.  Put into casserole.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Bake uncovered at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
