Pasta Con Broccoli

Ingredients

1-1/2 C. cavatelli noodles
2 T. butter
2 C. cream
1/4 tomato sauce
1/2-1 C. mushrooms
1-2 C. broccoli (If frozen, thaw. If fresh, steam.)
1-1/2 tsp. garlic
3/4 C. shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper

Directions

Cook noodles until half done. Drain and return to pot. Add cream, butter, crushed garlic, tomato sauce and broccoli and bring to hard boil. When noodles are fully coated, add mushrooms and stir into noodles. Remove from heat. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper to taste and cayenne pepper. Toss and serve. (The longer you cook the more the cream will thicken.)
