Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 oranges, juiced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 five-ounce albacore tuna steaks (about 1-inch thick)
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the fruit juices, green onions, and soy sauce and stir just to combine. Set the tuna steaks in a deep glass dish and pour the soy-citrus marinade on top. Cover and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade (but save the marinade) and grill the tuna steaks to the desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Pour the remaining marinade into a saucepan and reduce by half, about 10 minutes. Strain. Slice the tuna and drizzle the sauce on top. Serve immediately.
