Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup O.N.E. Coconut Water (or the clear liquid inside of a fresh coconut)
  • 2 leaves Swiss Chard or Lacinato Kale, chopped (Sometimes I will substitute spinach too.)
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/2 Cup Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Directions

Pop all the ingredients into your blender, blend well and drink right away!
