- beef hamburger patties
- avocado slices
- alfalfa sprouts
- tomato slices
- red-leaf lettuce
For the Sauce
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons each mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper taste
Directions
- Puree together the ingredients for the sauce and serve atop the alfalfa sprouts.
