Frozen Fruit

Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries
1 can apricots, cut up
1 lg. (20 oz.) can unsweetened, crushed pineapple
3 bananas
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 C. sugar

Directions

Drain juice from apricots and pineapple.  Combine 1 cup of juice, sugar, and lemon juice in saucepan.  Bring to a boil or until sugar dissolves.  Put strawberries in 9×13″ pan.  Pour hot juice over strawberries to thaw.  Add cut-up apricots and pineapple.  Slice bananas into fruit mixture.  Combine by stirring.  Freeze overnight.  Cut into squares and serve at any meal.
