Crepe Souffle

Ingredients

2 pkg. Crepes (frozen food)
1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs well beaten
1-1/2 C. sour cream
1/4 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. orange juice

Directions

Melt butter in 2 qt. casserole and place crepes over butter in one layer. Blend other ingredients with well beaten eggs and pour over crepes. Bake 45 minutes in 350° oven or until tops start to brown. Serve with powdered sugar, ice cream, or sour cream.
