Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 8, 4×4″ slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or milk
  • 1 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 9x13x2″ baking dish.  Top with cheese slices.
  2. Combine soup and milk, stirring well.  Spoon sauce evenly over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix.  Drizzle butter over crumbs.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
