Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 8, 4×4″ slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or milk
- 1 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
- Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 9x13x2″ baking dish. Top with cheese slices.
- Combine soup and milk, stirring well. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
