Crab and Artichoke Dip

crab and artichoke dip recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. lump crab meat
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. artichoke hearts (chopped & drained)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp chopped chive
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the crab in a bowl, and mix until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in crab and mix well.
  3. Transfer mix to an ovenproof serving dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
