Ingredients
12 oz. white flaky fish such as grouper or mahi mahi
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash cumin
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup lowfat mayonnaise
2 tbsp. bottled salsa
8 (6-inch/15cm) corn tortiallas
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, chopped
Directions
1. Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper and cumin. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add fish to skillet; cook 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Let cool slightly.
2. Meanwhile, for sauce, mix mayonnaise and salsa in a small bowl; set aside. Warm tortillas per package directions.
3. Chop fish into small pieces. Divide evenly among tortillas; top with lettuce and tomato. Drizzle with sauce, and serve.
