Ingredients
46 oz. can pineapple juice
1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 (32 oz.) bottles 7-Up
1/2-1 oz. peppermint extract
Maraschino cherries
7-Up for ice ring
Directions
Freeze maraschino cherries in ice ring of water and 7-Up. Combine pineapple juice and thawed orange juice concentrate. (May be done in advance) At serving time, put juices into punch bowl, add peppermint extract and slowly pour chilled 7-Up down side of punch bowl. Add decorated 7-Up/cherry ice ring. Serves 30.
